Returns & Guarantee

  • If any of the Snugglesoles  products do not live up to their claims, just send us an email at support@kenkoback.com and you will be able to claim a full refund, provided it is within 60 days of delivery.
  • Our Returns Policy time frame is 60 days from when an order arrives at your address. The buyer is responsible for returning the product/s to us for assessment, repair, or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Product

 

  • We're incredibly confident in the quality of our product. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion, a product may be damaged during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at snugglesoles156@gmail.com with proof of the defective product and we will provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on the purchase. Emails for defective products must be sent within 30 days of delivery of the product. 

Incorrect Item 

 

  • While we do our best to make sure that all the products that we deliver to our customers go through a rigorous quality check before delivery, on rare occasions due to incorrect warehouse storage or transit procedures unpredictable events alter the expected outcome. If this is the case, please email us at snugglesoles156@gmail.com with proof of the incorrect product and we will provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on the purchase. Emails for wrong products received must be sent within 30 days of delivery of the product.
